Party Rentals Delivered to Scranton and All of Northeast Pennsylvania
Get delivery for your party rental needs 1-2 days before your event, anywhere within a 1-hour drive of Clarks Summit. We service all of Northeast Pennsylvania from Scranton to as far south as Wilkes-Barre and the Poconos. Orders outside of a 30-minute delivery radius require a $100 minimum charge.

Booking is easy! Browse our inventory online and fill out our online form to get a quote and availability. We’ll respond within 24 hours. Once you approve your rental agreement, a 25% deposit secures your booking. Payment plans or arrangements are available for customers who can’t put 25% down at booking. We recommend booking as early as possible — especially for fall weddings, summer graduations, and holiday weekends when demand is highest. For weddings, 3–6 months in advance is ideal. For smaller events like birthday parties or baby showers, 4–6 weeks is typically sufficient, though we always encourage earlier booking to guarantee availability.
We serve all of beautiful Northeast Pennsylvania, including Lackawanna, Luzerne, and Wyoming Counties, and the Poconos. This includes Scranton, Wilkes-Barre, Pittston, Dallas, the Back Mountain, and surrounding towns. Not sure if you’re in our delivery zone? Give us a call and we’ll let you know!
We offer delivery on all party rentals, and free setup and takedown are included. During the summer months, a minimum delivery charge may be required, depending on availability. Table and chair arrangements (not delivery/dropoff) do require an added fee, and you may incur up to a 10% for portage fee for difficult deliveries. These include having to take equipment up lots of stairs, over 200 yards from delivery vehicles, or over difficult terrain that prevents us from using our dollie.
We carry tent rentals in multiple sizes, including large wedding pole tents, pop-up canopies, frame tents, and party canopies. Our spacious wedding tents are designed to accommodate between 100–250 guests and feature more open space thanks to a tensioned pole system that requires fewer poles. We also offer elegant high-peak frame tents with sidewalls and bistro lighting, as well as do-it-yourself pop-up canopies at affordable rates.
Yes! We offer pre-made party rental packages for weddings and graduation parties. All packages include all the essentials — a tent, tables, and chairs — plus complimentary items to make your event more fun. Packages are a great way to save money and simplify your planning.
We accept all forms of payment, including cash, credit cards, debit cards, checks, PayPal, and Venmo. Payment links are securely sent to the email address, allowing you to choose your own option. A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date, with the remaining balance due before your event.
We’ll need enough flat or semi-flat outdoor space to safely stake and pitch the tent. Access for our delivery vehicle is also needed. We’ll walk you through any space requirements when you book and in our rental contract. For backyard setups, it helps to let us know about any underground utilities, slopes, or obstacles in advance.
